County Committee Members

The Republican Committee of Washington County consists of 360 committee positions, 180 precincts, and 14 school districts to better serve the constituents and citizens of Washington County.

Committee members are a constituent’s contact for any questions, comments, or information regarding Republican candidates or the committee.

They are elected by the citizens in their precinct. Committee members elect a District Manager who serves as the leader of their district and as a member of the Washington County Republican Executive Committee.

Grievance Committee

The Chair of the Washington County Republican Party appoints five members to sit as the Grievance Committee. Per the bylaws, one member shall be an attorney-at-law, one member shall be a member of the Executive Committee, and three members shall be members of the County Committee who do not serve as an officer or as a member of the Executive Committee.

A grievance may be filed by any member of the Republican Committee of Washington County. Upon receipt of a grievance, the Grievance Committee shall determine the validity of the grievance.

Finance Committee

The Chair of Washington County Republican Party appoints the Finance Committee. Per the bylaws, the committee shall consist of not less than five persons.

The Finance Committee shall project the anticipated revenue and prepare a budget proposal for the consideration of the Chair and the Executive Committee.

Executive Committee
